To start your return, email us at support@millionsofmirrors.com with “return - order number” in the subject line. Please include photo of the item and the reason of return. 

Our pieces are made from Recycled 925 Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Vermeil and 18K Gold Filled. You can find information about the materials in the description section of each product.

Our processing time is 1-3 business days.

Domestic US Orders:

- Free Standard shipping can take 2 to 5 business days.

- Priority mail can take 1-3 business days.

Shipping time on all international orders is calculated at checkout.
