This warranty covers the following: broken or damaged clasps, defective chains or links, missing stones.

 Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from accidents, improper care, or misuse
  • Loss or theft of the item
  • This warranty is applicable once per item purchased

How to Claim Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@millionsofmirrors.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation), photographs or videos of the jewelry and the issue you're encountering. Clear visuals can help us assess the problem more accurately and expedite the warranty claim process.

Upon receiving your claim, we will assess the damage and, if it falls within the terms of this warranty, we will replace the item at no cost to you. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable replacement of similar value.
