Returns & Exchanges

We are confident that you will be happy with your Millions of Mirrors jewelry pieces. However, if for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help!

At Millions of Mirrors you are eligible for a return within 14 days of initial delivery. To start your return, contact us at support@millionsofmirrors.com with “return - order number” in the subject line. Please include photo of the item and the reason of return. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original form of payment. 

Return shipping fee will be the buyers responsibility.  

 Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the item is not in its original condition, return will NOT be accepted. 
• All earrings are final sale and are NOT eligible for return due to hygiene concerns. 
• Items shipped back to us without requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Please note that once your order has shipped out, we have no control over the item(s). Millions of Mirrors is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

DAMAGED ITEM(S)

 If the purchased product is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivered date at contact@millionsofmirrors.com. A photo as proof of the damage/defect will be required.
